One of the world’s biggest brands has just seen the power of Fabric Light Boxes, after using them at a major international conference at the prestigious K-Club in County Kildare.
The annual Hertz Car Hire corporation conference was being held there this year, with hundreds of delegates due to attend from all round the world. In preparation for the big event, the Hertz Head of Sales & Marketing in Ireland, John Barry, went looking for a visual display medium to really pack a punch there… and so he contacted us.
We told him about the possibilities and benefits of Fabric Light Boxes, and he decided they really were the thing for the job. He ordered not one… not two… but three!
The first measured 2 metres by 1.5 metres, to house a fabric with the main Hertz logo. The second was the same size, for a fabric with the logo of their ‘Thrifty’ car rental brand. And the third was a massive two metres square, with the Hertz logo at the centre, surrounded by ‘Welcome’ written in several languages from English and Irish to German and Japanese.
All three were double-sided and free-standing Fabric Light Boxes, to be equally effective from all angles, and all three drew much admiration from all at the K-Club during the conference.
Now that the conference is over, the Fabric Light Boxes are currently being used at three Hertz locations across the country. Hertz also plan to change their message regularly in the future through ordering new printed fabrics with us, taking advantage of another of the beauties of Fabric Light Boxes: their sheer versatility.
John Barry, the Head of Sales & Marketing at Hertz, was delighted with what we delivered him. Here’s what he had to say:
